Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment for a project the client acquires the rights to the custom-developed code and deliverables. Nubla's brand, website and materials remain its property.

Nubla shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from use of the site. We strive to keep information up to date and the service available, but we do not guarantee complete absence of errors or interruptions.
